I detta stycke har fönster, trappor, trappräcken samt rör sats i svängning av vindar och skapat ett lågfrekvent ljud under en storm i Malmö. De vibrationer som spelades in under stormen är inte hörbara för det mänskliga örat. Inspelningarna gjordes i en gammal fabriksbyggnad i Malmö.

The festival is organised in collaboration with the VEMS association, a non-profit artist association founded in 1989. VEMS represents the composers, musicians and sound artists who work with sound and music at the Eleketron music studio. The members work voluntarily in the association with, among other things, lectures, training and the organisation of concerts.
